How we make our bánh mì
Every bánh mì starts with a baguette toasted until the crust crackles. We fill it with your choice of grilled pork, chicken or beef, then add pickled carrots, cool cucumber and fresh cilantro. It is a full 12 inches, so it eats like a meal. Add a fried egg if you want it richer.
Our family cooked for more than 20 years at Le's Restaurant in Boston before opening Pho Deli in Port St. Lucie in 2016, and the bánh mì has been on the menu since day one. Pair it with a Thai iced tea or a cà phê sữa đá (Vietnamese iced coffee).
